臺北市國中“自學班”與“普通班”學生體格與體適能之比較研究

Comparative Study of Physique and Physical Fitness between "Tsqh-shque Group" and "Puu-tong Group" in Junior High Students in Taipei

摘要


臺北市國中畢業生自願就學輔導方案自七十九學年度試辦以來,成效頗受關切,而在體育方面的影響如何,則是體育專業理當探討的重點。 本研究目的在比較「自學班」與「普通班」學生在體格和體適能發展上的差異。按臺北市十二個行政區,選擇十二所國中,以男女生總數2192人爲研究對象,進行身高、體重、胸圍、腰臀圍比值、直立體前屈、一分鐘仰臥起坐、屈(直)臂懸垂、立定跳遠、五十公尺跑和六百公尺跑等項目之測量並作比較;資料統計處理係採SAS電腦軟體作獨立樣本t考驗。 在本研究範圍內,得到下列結論: 一、整體學生而言,自學班學生在體格和體適能方面有優於普通班學生之趨勢,尤其以男生更明顯;足以肯定自學方案對學生體格和體適能之有利影響。 二、依年級別區分,隨著年級增長,男女自學班學生之體適能發展愈顯領先普通班學生之優勢。體格方面,女生發展較不規則,男生則亦隨年級增長,自學班男生愈顯現優於普通班男生。

The purpose of this study was to compare ”Tsyhp-shque Group” (T Grouup, Those who don't need to take entrance examination for going to Senior high school)and ”Puu-tong Group” (P Group, Those who have to take entrance examination for going to senior high school)in physique and physical fitness development.2192 junior high students of 12 schools from 12 different administrative districts of Taipei were chosen as subjects (666 male and 383 female for T Group; 708 male and 435 female for P Group). Body weight, height, chest girth, waist-hip ratio, trunk forward flexion, one-minute sit-up, bar-hang, standing long jump, 50-meter run, and 600-meter run were measured for comparison. Data were analyzed with independent t-test. Results showed that T Group generally was better for both physique and physical fitness development than P Group; Especially for male students. The authors furthermore found that the differences between the two groups were more obvious as the students grew older.
