國中校隊運動員運動心理競技能力表現初探

The Investigate the Psychological Skills Level of Sport in Junior High School Players

摘要


本研究目的在探討國中田徑及球類校隊運動員運動心理競技能力的表現水準。研究對象是來自北縣十所國民中學男女校隊運動員共123人,男74人,女49人,平均年齡為14.57歲。田徑運動員在參加國中週末田徑對抗賽前(縣立體育場)填答運動心理技能問卷,球類運動員則在各校教室或練習場施測。本研究先以因素分析建構量表效度,再以t考驗、二因子變異數分析來瞭解性別、運動類型在心理技能表現上的差異。所得結果如下; 一、現階段國中校隊運動員運動心理技能因素上,分別為動機高於專注高於自信心高於焦慮。 二、國中男運動員運動心理技能表現水準普遍優於女運動員,特別是在動機及自信心方面。 三、性別與運動類型在焦慮因素上有交互效果,亦即國中男田徑運動員焦慮管理比男球類運動員好,女球類運動員的焦慮管理比女田徑運動員好。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the psychological skills level of sport in junior high school track and field, and ball players.123 male (n=74) and female (n=49) players (average age=14.57) of junior high schools in Taipei County serve as the subjects. The track and field players completed sport psychological skill questionnaire right before the weekend competition in the county stadium, the ball players did the classroom or on the practice site. Factor analysis was employed to build up the construct validity of the questionnaire, then t-test and two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were employed to analyze the effect of gender and sport type on sport psychological skills. The results were as follows: (1) The junior high school player's sport psychological skill sequence at the present stage is motive, concentration, confidence, and anxiety. (2) The male of junior high school players showed significantly higher level then female, especially on motive and confidence. (3) The was an interaction between gender and sport type on the anxiety factor. Male track and field players had better anxiety-management then male ball players, and the opposite for the females.
