A Study on Training Effects of Fraction Pace in 800 Meter Running

摘要

Eight male physical education students at National Taiwan Normal University were used as subjects. There were two 800 meter running tests in pre-post training. The training period was 8 hours, one month. The pruposes of this study were to understand the training effects and its average pace trend of 100 meter-fraction time in 800 meter running. The results were as follows: 1. Thirty correlational coefficients among the Correlation matrix of 800 meter running and its 100 meter-fraction time reached p<0.05 significant level. 2. Both fraction times and interactions in pre-post tests obtained p<0.05 significant level. 3. Fraction time, linear trend, quadrantic trend and cubic trend within the subjects reached p<0.01 significant level respectively. 4. Interaction of fraction time in pre-post tests appeared p<0.05 significant level. 5. The training effects of average pace running couldn't be obtained.
