我國優秀大專田徑男子400公尺跑分段配速節奏之探討

On the Split Speed Tempo of the 400-meter Athletics : The Case of the National University and College Athletic Games

摘要


目的:本研究旨在探討我國優秀大專田徑男子400公尺選手,400公尺跑分段配速節奏與400公尺運動表現之關係,並與世界級400公尺選手比較分段配速節奏策略間之差異。方法:研究對象為優秀大專田徑男子甲組400公尺選手及三位亞奧運培訓選手,透過比賽影片,分析400公尺跑分段配速節奏時間參數與400公尺運動表現之關係,相關研究參數以皮爾森基差相關進行統計分析。結果:後300公尺跑分段配速時間及後200公尺跑分段配速時間與400公尺運動表現呈高顯著性相關;第三段100公尺跑分段配速時間與後300公尺跑分段配速節奏呈高顯著性相關;第四段100公尺跑分段配速時間與後200公尺跑分段配速節奏呈高顯著性相關;每100公尺跑分段配速節奏最高速度峰值出現在第二段100公尺跑階段,相關配速時間與400公尺運動表現呈高顯著性相關;比較前、後200公尺跑分段配速時間,速度遞減率越低400公尺運動表現越好。結論:第三段100公尺跑分段配速節奏是影響後300公尺跑分段配速時間的主要因素,該階段應盡可能維持配速跑節奏;第四段100公尺配速跑階段,為400公尺跑過程中乳酸堆積量相對較高之階段,個人耐乳酸能力、運動中代謝乳酸能力及有氧供能時的速度能力影響了該階段跑的配速節奏。

The aim of the study is to discuss the relationship between the 400-meter running with split pace tempo and the sports performance in men’s 400 meters in the National University and College Athletic Games. Then the study discusses its differences with the world 400 meters’ athletes with split pace tempo. The subjects of this study are 400 meter athletes of men’s Grade A of National University and College Athletic Games as well as three athletes in training for Asian Olympic Games. The study analyzed the relationship between the time parameters of the split pace and the performance of the 400-meter running through the film of the race. The correlation parameters were statistically analyzed by Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The split pace time of the last 300 meters and the split pace time of the last 200 meters were significantly correlated with the performance of the 400 meters. There is a significant correlation between the pace time of the third 100-meter running and the pace of the last 300-meter running. There is a significant correlation between the pace time of the fourth 100-meter running and the pace tempo of the last 200-meter running. The peak value of the tempo of each 100-meter running appeared in the second 100-meter running stage, and the relevant pace time was significantly correlated with the performance of 400-meter running. After comparing the pace time before and after the 200-meter running, the study finds that the lower the speed lapse rate, the better the 400-meter running performance. The split tempo of the third 100-meter running is the main factor affecting the time of the third 300-meter running. The tempo of the third 100-meter running should be maintained as much as possible in this stage. In the fourth stage of 100-meter pace running, the lactate accumulation is relatively high during 400-meter running. The individual’s ability of lactate tolerance, metabolizing lactate during exercise, and speed ability during aerobic energy supply affect the pace tempo of this stage of running.
