黃信平跑百公尺技術之生物力學研究

Biomechanical Study of Hwang Shin-Ping Sprint Technique in the 100-meters Dash

摘要


本文主要目的在於應用攝影方法以改進受試者的跑步技術與成績表現。實驗首先以攝影記錄受試者跑百公尺全程,計算出每十公尺區間之平均速度、步幅與步頻;而後再定點拍攝起跑、25公尺、45公尺與95公尺等處,以探討受試者跑步技術。實驗結果經分析討論後,所得的結論為:一.受試者若想成為亞洲前三名百公尺短跑選手,則其在起跑加速後,達到最高速度跑階段,要能以0.9秒內跑完十公尺。二.受試者在高速跑時,宜用前脚掌積極主動著地,且能在著地前向下伸展踝關節,以縮短推蹬時間。三.注重加大蹬推力的訓練,以增大身體重心的拋射水平距離。四.受試者成爲亞洲前三名百公尺短跑選手的適宜百公尺平均步幅與步頻,如下表所示。敎練可依此表,指導受試者調整比賽的策略。

The purposes of this study were to obtain pertinent imformation of a elite sprinter to improve his sprint techniques and performance. First, we used a 60HZ camera to record100 meters dash by subject running, and to compute each 10 meters duration of average velocity、stride length and step frequency.Secondly,4 cameras were used to record four different distance at the points of starting、25-meters、45-meters and 95-metersfor analyzing sprinter's technique. Some results of this study can be summarized brieflyas follows:(1) to be able to run with 0.9 second 10 meters duration in top speed phase.(2)to use the ball of foot active landing, and before the moment of landing extended downward the joint of ankle, so as to reduce landing time.(3)to improve legs push power for increasing stride length.(4)the 100 meters average adequate stride length and step frequency of becoming the top three sprinter in Asia were indicated at following table.
