中共高等體育院校發展概況之研究

本研究目的有二：㈠分析中共高等體育院校發展過程與任務。㈡探討中共高等體育院校系科設置、研究生教育、體育科學研究機構在中共體育運動發展中的功能。以中共現有之一所體育大學以及14所體育學院（含一所體育師範學院）為研究對象，採用文件分析的方法，經研究分析後得以下的結論：㈠中共高等體育院校的發展主要歷經四個階段，至1994年止，共設立一所體育大學14所體育學院（含一所體育師範學院），是中共發展體育運動的主要力量之一。㈡高等體育院校在體育體制改革後，主要的任務是培養體育教師、運動員、教練員、體育科學研究人員以及體育管理人員。㈢系科設置的多元化，能多方面的培養體育專業人才，對於提昇中共體育運動水準有很大的貢獻，符合體育體制改革所提出體育院校的任務，也是體育院校最主要的功能。㈣研究生教育，所培養出來的體育專業博士、碩士，主要的功能是提供高等院校（含體育院校）的師資、教練員以及體育科學研究人員。㈤各校的體育科學研究機構完善，主要功能是進行各項體育學術與運動科學的研究，尤其科學研究與運動訓練結合，相對的也提昇中共運動競技的實力。

This study was aimed to analyze the development process and mission of Higher Insititutes Physical Education in Mainland China. One university of physical education and14 colleges were selected. By way of documentary analysis, the following were found:1.The higher institute of physical education in Mainland China has been developed along four stages process, since 1994,one university of physical education and 14 colleges including one normal college of physical education were established.2.After the reformation, the mission of higher institute of physical education was to train the teacher of physical education, athlete, coach, researcher of sport science and and managers of sports.3.The department establish multifarious, can train to various physical education of professional, with regard to move up the physical education of sport has graet contribution, accord with reformation to paise mission in the higher institute of physical education, and the major function.4.The graduate program including master and doctor degress offer opportunity for highereducation.5.The sport science in each institute of physical education was well structured, with the effected combing in the science research and athletic training, the sports performance were promoted in Mainland China.
