無氧衰竭運動後使用不同有氧運動恢復法來探討胺基酸副產物的代謝

A Discussion on Amino Acid By-products in Different Aerobic Recoveries after Anaerobic Exhaustine Exercise

摘要


Cathcart (1925)說明蛋白質的代謝在運動時是微量或不參與的,但Dohm等人(1986)卻證實蛋白質在活動時參與代謝的證據,如alanine-glucose循環,alanine可轉化為肝醣提供能量,我們的研究目的是確定血清胺基酸衍生物在不同有氧恢復運動中的情況。我們以九位男性大學生為受測樣本,平均年齡為21.98±3.64歲,平均身高174.0±5.43公分,平均體重為58.78±7.73公斤。標準運動是採修正Hermansen(1972)及George(1988)的無氧衰竭運動(110%VO2max.跑4分鐘)。運動恢復法係利用靜坐,腳踏自行車,雙手轉輪及跑電動跑動。恢復法是運動30分鐘,強度是根據Stam-ford(1981)的標準,靜脈血是採自肘中靜脈,以埋針方法採血。胺基酸副產物的測量是於運動前,運動後1分鐘,恢復運動5分鐘及恢復運動後30分鐘,所有資料經變異分析及L.S.D.差異檢定後,我們發現有下列結果: 1.靜態休息與其他三項運動恢復沒有差異。 2.胺基酸副產物僅Taurine,ornithine及ure在跑電動跑道時才能明顯下降。 3.NH4,norleusinc及citrulline並無變化。 從以上的資料及分析,應該可以獲得一個明顯的結論,胺基酸副產物確實在某些全身性有氧運動時提供代謝活動也符合基本胺基酸與非基本胺基酸的代謝。

Cathcat (1925) has mostly been ignored the protein metabolism in exercise. But Dohm et al (1986) have provided some evidences of protein in activity. The alanine-glucose cycle, for example, alanine could convert glucose for energy source. It is our purpose to confirm the serum amino acids by-product in different recovery exercise. Nine male university students were refered for our subjects with age 21.98±3.6 yrs, body height 174.0±5.43cm and body weight 58.78±7.73kg respectively. Modified Hermansen (1972) and George (1988) anaerobic treadmill protocol was for standard exercise (110% VO2 max. for 4 minutes). Recovery exercises were used by resting, treadmill cycle and hand cycle with the exercise intensity of 35% of VO2 maximal (Stamford 1981). Blood was taken from cubiti vien by indwelling catheter method. Amino acids by-product were measured at rest and 1st, 5th, 30th minute both in exercise and resting recovery. After ANOVA and least significant tests, the following results have been found: 1.They are not different among resting, cycle, hand cycle and treadmill aerobic recoveries. 2.Only Taurine, Ornitine and Urea are different in tread-mill protocal recovery. 3.The high level of Taurine and Ornithine are different from essential and nonessential amino acids.
