不同運動鞋的避震功能測試及測試間的變異性探討

The Cushioning Test of Different Sports Shoes and Investigation of Intertrial Variability

摘要


慢跑是運動鞋功能测試中所常用的運動方式之一,在控制受試者跑步速度的情況下,由測得地面反作用力的參數,來評估運動鞋的功能。但何種參數較能正確客觀代表運動鞋的功能,及如何訂定測試次數才能將人為誤差降至最低,則尚須進一步探讨。本實驗由一位健康男性(身高172公分,體重80公斤)在赤腳及穿著慢跑、籃球、多功能鞋四種情況下,進行20次測試,跑步速度控制在2.7~3.3公尺/秒之內,且必須以右腳腳跟接觸測力板,方為有效之測試。由累積求平均值的分析結果發現,赤腳及穿籃球鞋、多功能鞋時,至少應測試10次,所測得參數的平均值方達到穩定;但穿著慢跑鞋時,則必須到17次。而由20次的平均値結果發現,赤腳及穿運動鞋時撞擊力峰値的平均値差異不大,而最大負荷率則有較大的差異。因此以最大負荷率來評估運動鞋的避震功能似乎是較好的方法。

Jogging is one of the most popular way to exam sports shoe functions. The ground reaction force of certain speed jogging are often used to evaluate the cushioning of various shoes. The motivation of our work are to provide the extensive evaluation of ground reaction force parameters, so that we have the idea to choose an appropriate parameter to determine the function of sports shoes and to setup a more thorough experimental design to reduce the error. The experiment was conducted by a healthy male subject (172cm, 80Kg) to perform jogging movements (jogging speed: 2.7 (3.3 m/sec) wearing barefoot, basketball shoe, jogging shoe and cross training shoe. The subject was asked to place his right foot on the force plate during jogging to collect the ground reaction force parameters. Interestingly, the means of ground reaction force parameters of barefoot, basketball shoe and cross training shoe conditions became stable after 10 times average, and the parameter means of jogging shoe condition varied until 17 times average. On the other hand, there are no significant difference among the mean peak force of 20 times measurements for 4 different foot conditions. But interesting insight was gained by examining the loading rate which shows significant difference among different foot conditions. Therefore, it seems more likely that the loading rate is a better way to determine the cushioning effect of sports shoes.
