等速肌力訓練對細胞激素IL-6和IFN-γ的影響

The Effect of Isokinetic Muscular Training on the Secretion of IL-6 and IFN-γof Human Lenkocytes

摘要


The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of intensive isokinetic muscular trainings, either eccentric or concentric, on the Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and Interferon- γ(IFN-γ); to compare the changes of the creatine kinase (CK) in the muscular training, additionally, to realize the relationship among IL-6 IFN-γ and CK. 42 untrained university male students were recruited and randomly assigned to either eccentric, concentric or control group. The subjects of eccentric and concentric group erceived intensive training once a day ‘for 3 days on the cybex 6000 machine, while the control group received notraining. Then the blood samples were drawn before and after trainings to measure the IL-6 and IFN-γ. After statistive were compiled, and the results were followed: 1. There were no significant difference among the 3 groups (ANCOVA, F=1.31, p<.05), though the level of IL-6 increased and eccentric group did more after either concentric or eccentric training. 2. Though the level of IFN-γ increase after either concentric or eccentric training but the difference was not significantly (ANCOVA, F=1.42, p<.05) 3. The intensive muscular trainings produced a great effect on CK. Though CK level of concentric and ecentric training groups were significantly higher then that of control group (P<.05). There was significant difference between concentric and ecentric training groups. 4. As for as all the testees were concerned, CK was apparently related to IFN-γ before muscular training and IL-6 also apprently related to IFN-γ after the muscular training. To sum up, three days intensive isokinetic muscular training increased CK level, but didn’t make apparent changes of II1-6 and IFN-γ. The resultes showed intensive isokinetic muscular training, either concentric or eccentric, didn’t enlarge inflammation reponse that may favor part of the human immune systems. The concentric training program is a better way for athletes or ordinary public to enhance their physical fitness.
