跑鞋鞋底磨損程度與跑步速度對踝關節外翻角度之影響

The Influence Caused by the Worn-Down Condition of Medical Sole of Shoes and Running Speed on the Ankle Pronation

摘要


本研究主要在探討跑鞋鞋底磨損程度與跑步速度對著地期踝關節外翻角度變化的影響,並在三者之問建立一迴歸較式,以跑鞋鞋底磨損程度與跑步速度預測踝關節外翻角度變化情形。本研究以鞋底內側有嚴重磨損之受試者二十名為研究對象,採用Benno. Nigg之實驗方法,以Peak動作分析系統及每秒120張之攝影機,拍攝每位受試者分別著四種實驗鞋在跑步機上跑三種速度之跑步動作,影片資料係利用Peak動作分析系統影片數位化過程處理,採用線性迴歸統計方法探討踝關節外翻角度、跑步速度、跑鞋鞋底磨損程度三者間之關係。其結果加以討論後得到以下結論: 一、說跑步速度與踝關節外翻角度變化量之關係而言:踝關節外翻角度變化量隨速度之增加而增加。 二、枕跑鞋鞋底磨損與踝關節外翻角度變化量之關係而言:跑鞋鞋底磨損越多踝關節外翻角度變化量此越大。 三、枕跑步速度與跑鞋鞋底磨損兩者對踝關節外翻角度變化量而言:跑步機速度越快且跑鞋鞋底磨損越多時,踝關節外翻角度變化量越大。四、本研究得知踝關節外翻角度變化量、跑步速度、鞋底磨損等三者之間關連密切,因此本研究以跑步速度與鞋底磨損程度兩個自變項預測一個依變項(踝關節外翻角度變化量)所建立之迴歸方程式為: ¥=6.13+1.028XI+0.428X2踝關節外翻角度變化量二6.13+1.028×跑步速度(英哩1小時)+ 0.428×鞋底磨損程度(公釐)

The purpose of the study was mainly to explore the influence caused by the worn-down condition of medical sole of shoes and different speeds on the ankle pronation degree. In the study, each subject was assigned to wear four different pairs of shoes in order which were made up of four different midsole height (19mm. 15mm. 11mm. 7mm) running on a treadmill at a speed of 5.2, 6.9, and 8.9 rn/h. High-speed camera was used to record twenty subjects from the rear running on a treadmill. The video tape was digitized by operating a set of PEAK PERFORMANCE ANALIZING SYSTEM, and regression analysis was utilized to explore the relationship of the three variables ° After data treatment, the results were listed as followed: 1. As far as the relationship between running speed and the ankle pronation degree was concerned, pronation degree increased with the increase of running speed. 2. As far as the relationship between LB.shoes and the ankle pronation degree was concerned, pronation degree increased with the increase of the worn-down condition of medical sole of shoes. 3. As far as the influence caused by both running speed and LB. shoes in simultaneously was concerned, pronation degree increased with the increase of the running speed and the worn-down condition of medical sole of shoes. 4. The regression formula, Y=6.13+1.028 × X1+O.428 × X2, was established to represent the relationship among the pronation degree of the ankle, running speed and worn-down condition of medical sole of shoes.
