運動與魚油對前列凝素A2與前列環素I2之影響

The Effect of Exercise and Fish oil Supplementation on Formation of Prostacyclin I2 and Thromboxane A2

摘要


前列凝素 A2與前列環素I2是影響血栓形成的重要因素,血栓則在心血管疾病的病程中扮演重要的角色。研究指出,魚油中富含(n-3的高度多元不飽和脂肪酸,可減少脂質在血管中堆積及對血管壁造成傷害,避免冠狀動脈硬化,預防或延緩心血管疾病的發生。同時,規律運動的養成,也被認為有助於減少心血管疾病的發生率。本研究的目的在探討運動訓練與魚油增補二者對血液中前列凝素 A2與前列環素I2的影響,藉以探討其中可能作用的機轉。以48名未受過運動訓練的男性大學生為受試對象,平均年齡19.25歲,身高171.8公分,體重67.26公斤;以隨機配對分組的方式分成控制組(N=12)、運動組(N=12)、魚油組(N=12)、運動+魚油組(N=12)。運動組以『目標心跳率= [70%(HRmax-HRrest)+HRrest]』為強度,進行每週三次,每次慢跑30分鐘的運動訓練;魚油組每天隨餐服用魚油,控制組則是以葵花油為安慰劑隨餐服用,進行連續六週的實驗處理。實驗前後以『目標心跳率』的運動強度進行30分鐘的運動測試,抽取運動前後前臂靜脈血液,比較實驗前後前列凝素 A2(TXA2)、前列環素I2(PGI2)等影響血栓形成因素的濃度。以重複量數二因子變異數分析進行資料處理。結果顯示在TXA2 與PGI2的變化:經六週的實驗處理後,實驗組三組在運動後血漿中PGI2的濃度上昇,而TXA2的含量減少(p<.05)。本研究的結果顯示:六週的運動與魚油增補皆有利於抑制血小板凝集及防止血栓的形成;但六週的運動與魚油增補同時進行,雖然可抑制血小板的功能,但並無顯著的加成作用。但在調控運動時血栓的發生則是運動訓練的效果較單純的魚油增補明顯。建議應培養規律運動習慣,減少在運動中或運動後血管收縮時,刺激血栓的形成因子。

Prostacyclin I2 (PGI2) and thromboxane A2 (TXA2) are potent regulators of various cardiovascular functions. Epidemiological data have been indicated the (-3 fatty acids (fish oil) may effect and thrombotic events in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease. Also, regular exercise can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of exercise and fish oil supplementation on the formation of Prostacyclin I2 and thromboxane A2. Forty-eight (48) untrained male university students (mean age19.3yrs, body weight 67.3kg, height 171.8cm) were randomly assigned into 4 groups: exercise, fish oil, exercise + fish oil, and control. The experimental treatment was six weeks in duration. The routine exercise was 30 min running at 70% heart rate reserve 3 days/wk. The fish oil group ingested 9 gm of fish oil per day, while the control and the exercise groups' ingested 9 gm sunflower oil per day. Plasma PGI2 and TXA2 were measured before and after the six weeks treatment. A repeated two-way ANOVA data analysis revealed was that the number of blood platelets decreased, PGI2 increased, and TXA2 decreased due to exercise and fish oil supplementation, even though the effects are not additive. Conclusion: Regular exercise or fish oil supplementation will help restrain the aggregate of blood platelets and many thus prevent the formation of the thrombus.
