輕艇(C艇)划槳動力評估之研究

The Study of the Canoe Stroke Kinetic Evaluation

摘要


C艇划槳動力評估(Canoe Stroke Kinetic Evaluation;CSKE)模式,能夠克服因為技術熟練度造成運動表現的影響,以及排除外在環境因素,建立客觀、可信的C艇划槳之動力評估方法。本研究設計一個專屬的C艇划槳測功儀,以20位單人C艇(C-1)運動員,以最大能力的划槳型式模擬真實的動作,採用接近於比賽距離所需的時間,將實驗的設計製定為一分鐘、二分鐘及四分鐘划槳之標準化測驗,評估200公尺、500公尺和1000公尺的專項划槳動力,其評估參數以測量划槳動力之划槳作功值及功率來表示。研究的結果顯示,CSKE經過信、效度的考驗,對於C艇運動員能夠成為有效的測驗方法。在二十位運動員中,一分鐘划槳平均功值和平均功率分別為902.6 J(±323.9)和22.9 W(±8.3)、二分鐘划槳平均功值和平均功率分別為960.4 J(±364.2)和14.1 W(±6.0),以及四分鐘划槳平均功值和平均功率分別為739.7 J(±215.7)和6.0 W(±2.2),透過以上的分析提供划槳動力評估的參考。另外,各種距離的比賽項目上,所需具備的條件也有明顯的差異,因此,這項訊息可提供訓練過程中,針對專項的特性而設計訓練的計劃。採用CSKE能夠應用於瞭解運動員能力,並做作為200公尺、500公尺和1000公尺之專項體能測驗項目,未來更有助於C艇成績的提昇,並且本研究更能延伸到輕艇運動在其它領域的研究。

This purpose of the study was to develop the Canoe Stroke Kinetic Evaluation ;CSKE, and to evaluate the flatwater canoe stroking of the athletes' stroke ability by the ergometer. Therefore, the CSKE could be an excellent instrument for talent identification, measurement and training. The canoe ergometer was the optimum choice for the evaluation of the canoe stroking work and power. The stroking motion on the flat was the same with competition on the flatwater. There are twenty C-1 athletes participate in this study. They were performed to stroking at the stroke-flat of the canoe ergometer. Furthermore, they were required stroking at maximum pattern in 1 min, 2 min and 4 min. We analyze and compare the differences of the athletes and racing events on parameters such as stroking work and power. The 1 min stroking work and power were 902.6 J(±323.9) and 22.9 W(±8.3), the 2min stroking work and power were 960.4 J(±364.2) and 14.1 W(±6.0) , the 4min stroking work and power were 739.7 J(±215.7)和6.0 W(±2.2). We hope this study of the kinetic analyses can recoghize the athletes' stroking ability on certain event and their skill level.
