原住民女中學生一分鐘仰臥起坐測驗的驗證性分析

Confirmatory Analysis of the One-Minute Sit-Ups Test for Aboriginal Female Middle-School Students

摘要


本研究係以探索性分析結果為依據,旨在驗證一分鐘仰臥起坐測驗能以肌力與肌耐力建構,並建立肌力與肌耐力百分等級常模參照與評價。受試者為散佈於台灣14縣市54所中學之15至18歲原住民女生,總計有261人次。研究結果發現:15至18歲原住民女中學生一分鐘仰臥起坐測驗,0至45秒與45至60秒的仰臥起坐次數可分別測量肌力與肌耐力;除了個別指標信度稍弱外,此測驗的組合信度、收斂效度和區別效度均佳。

The study is based on the exploratory method and tries to confirm that one minute sit-ups test can be constructed by muscular strength and endurance. Thus, a norm referenced measurement and evaluation of percentiles for muscular strength and endurance can be developed. Sbjects included 261 aboriginal female students who came from 54 middle schools of 14 cities or counties in Taiwan. The study discovered that the frequency of sit-ups from 0 to 45 seconds can be used to measure muscular strength and the frequency of sit-ups from 45 to 60 seconds can be used to measure muscular endurance for females aged 15 through 18. Moreover, although the test shows weak indicator reliability, but it has excellent composite reliability, convergent validity, and discriminate validity.
