核心肌力訓練對國中生田徑選手速度、肌耐力、爆發力及平衡能力之影響

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討核心肌力訓練對國中田徑選手運動能力的影響。希望能瞭解國中田徑選手以核心肌力訓練作為輔助訓練,在速度、肌耐力、爆發力及平衡能力等運動上的影響情形。本研究以台南市南新國中田徑隊選手20人為研究對象,依項目分為田賽組及徑賽組各10人。實驗期間,每星期二、五接受核心肌力訓練。在實驗前、後均做30公尺衝刺、一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳及閉眼單足站立等測驗。經8週的核心肌力訓練實驗後,以相依樣本t檢定前、後測的差異情形;以進步幅度比較兩組進步情形,顯著水準定為α<.05。 結果發現:一、實施8週核心肌力訓練後對國中田徑選手在30公尺衝刺、一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳及閉眼單足站立等測驗的提升均有顯著的差異(p<.05)。二、田賽組和徑賽組在共變數分析後,30公尺衝刺、一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳及閉眼單足站立等測驗達顯著差異(p<.05)。本研究所得結果經討論之後,得到如下結論:一、經核心肌力訓練後田徑選手在30公尺衝刺、一分鐘仰臥起坐、立定跳及閉眼單足站立等測驗有明顯的訓練效果。二、核心肌力訓練適合成為田徑運動訓練的輔助訓練。

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects on 8-week core strength training of junior high-school track and field athletes This study hopes to understand how can core strength training affect the speed, muscular endurance, power and balance of junior high-school track and field athletes. Those tested are 20 students at nan-shin junior high school in Tainan city. They were assigned to ten the field events or ten the Track events . The experiment of regular core strength training were done 2 times a week. All the students were tested 30-meter rapid running, 1-minute sit-ups, standing long jumping, and ability to stand on one foot with eyes and after the training. Dependent samples were used to analyze the variations before and after the training ; the rates of progress were used to compare the progress of the two groups. If the significant level was reached. After 8-week core strength training, the experimental improved on 30-meter rapid running, 1-minute sit-ups, standing long jumping, and ability to stand on one foot with eyes (p<.05). Using analysis of covariance, there was a significant difference (p<.05) between the field events and Track events on 30-meter rapid running, 1-minute sit-ups, standing long jumping, and ability to stand on one foot with eyes. It proves that core strength training can enhance the muscular strength, explosive strength, and balance on young track and field players.
