台灣地區大專院校運動觀光課程發展研究

目的：在瞭解台灣地區大專院校運動觀光課程之規劃。方法：研究共分成兩階段，第一階段以德懷術法(Delphi technique)進行，以研究者自編之「大專院校運動觀光課程發展研究問卷」為研究工具，進行共3次之德懷術研究法問卷施測；第二階段則以第一階段之研究問卷修訂成「大專院校運動觀光課程發展需求與困難研究問卷」針對運動觀光相關科系所主任進行問卷調查。結論：一、運動觀光產業之基層人員前3大專業能力為：1．電腦文書資料處理能力；2．電腦套裝軟體操作能力；3．時間管理能力。中階主管前3大專業能力為1．公共關係應用能力；2~3．傳播溝通能力、客戶開發能力。二、運動觀光學系大學部前3大專業核心課程為：1．運動觀光產業實習；2．觀光概論；3．休閒運動概論。研究所前3大專業核心課程為：1．運動觀光專題討論；2．觀光發展議題；3．運動觀光專案規劃與分析。三、在多元發展的現代產業環境中，各校系應致力於建立各系所之發展特色，亦即須依各校發展特色與資源篩選適當與具有特色之課程，以有效發揮有限資源。四、為加強大專院校師資與產業界之互動與增進教師相關實務歷練，建議鼓勵大專院校教師至產業界擔任管理或諮詢職務，並擬定相關配套措施。

The purpose of this study was to analyze the sport tourism courses designed at university level in Taiwan. There were two stages of the study process. Stage one, ”Questionnaire of Sport Tourism Courses Development” was developed to be the research tool. Three rounds survey were processed with the Questionnaire created based on the Delphi technique. At stage two, the opinions of chairmen of the sport tourism related departments at Taiwan's universities were collected based on the questionnaire used at stage one. The results are as follows: 1. The top 3 required professional career competency for the lower-level staff in sport tourism industry are listed: ”Computer Data Processing”, ”the Ability of Using Computer Software Package”, ”Time Management”. The top 3 required professional career competency for the middle-level manager in sport tourism industry are listed: ”Public Relationship”, ”The Ability to Communicate with the Public Media”, ”The Ability at Market Development”. 2. The top 3 professional core courses of the sport tourism departments in universities are as follows: ”Internship of Sport Tourism Business”, ”Fundamentals of Tourism”, ”Fundamentals of Recreational Sport”. The top 3 professional core courses at the sport tourism programs in the graduated schools are as follows: ”Seminars of Sport Tourism”, ”Issues on Tourism Development”, ”Sport Tourism Project Planning and Analysis”. 3. In multi-developing modern industry environment, each department should address itself to establish its own characteristic in developing, in the other hand they should choose appropriate courses to set their seal on their particular developing. 4. To build the connection between professor and industry, and enrich the practical related experience of professor, it's suggested that professors should be encouraged to occupy a position of managementor consultation.
