目的:探討臺灣地區地方政府推動提升學生體適能實施績效。方法:透過問卷調查,針對臺灣地區25個縣市政府與推動提升學生體適能業務直接相關之行政人員為研究對象,進行資料蒐集,所得資料透過描述統計、單因子變異數分析進行統計分析。結果:各縣市政府推動學生體適能在「評鑑與獎懲」、「政策認知」及「計畫與宣導」;學校推動學生體適能在「政策知覺」及「行政與宣導」;學生在「運動習慣與體適能」及「健康與體育認知」具體成就等績效達「好」以上程度;學校推動學生體適能在「組織與計畫」實施績效僅達「普通」程度,整體實施績效更未達「好」程度。結論:臺灣地區地方政府推動學生體適能績效尚稱良好,惟學校在推動學生體適能績效仍有所不足,有待提升。
Purpose: To investigate the performance of implement and promoting students' physical fitness policy by the county/city administration authorities in Taiwan. Method: The subjects were directs of education bureau, chiefs and staves of physical education division and social education division from 25 county/city authorities in Taiwan. Data were collected by the questionnaire and Statistic Description and One-way ANOVA were computed for data analysis. Results: The performance of the ”evaluation/reward-punishment”, ”policy perception” and ”project/educational campaign” from the county/city administration authorities was good. The performance of the ”policy perception” and ”administration/educational campaign” from schools was, too. And so was the performance of the ”exercise habit/physical fitness” and ”health/physical education” from students. But the performance by school on ”organization/project” was at average level only. Conclusion: The performance of implement and promoting students' physical fitness policy by the County/City Administration Authorities was good. But the entire performance of implement and promoting students' physical fitness policy by school was not good enough that should be reviewed.
