角力選手在降體重期間及過磅後的營養調配與補充

摘要


角力選手常在比賽前以減少熱量攝取或脫水的方法降低體重,在過磅後再補充營養,以恢復體力,如何在降體重的過程中減少無脂肌質與肌力和肌耐力的流失,以及在過磅後充分的恢復甚至於增加體能,常是角力比賽決勝的關鍵。許多研究顯示在節食期間保持高醣類的飲食,可以維持肌力與有氧能力。而在過磅後迅速補充高醣飲食,可以減少或避免節食所造成的體力流失。這些飲食的原則可供教練與選手參考。
