摘要


本文旨在瞭解從事規律的身體活動對女性健康的影響及相關研究,並進而探討身體活動量之建議,從相關文獻得知從事適度且規律的身體活動,可能有助於降低心血管等慢性疾病之發生率、死亡率及其危險性,增加骨質密度和降低直腸癌等之危險性,幫助改善心理健康。並且在身體活動量之建議方面,每星期累計身體活動消耗量範圍大約在700-2000大卡,對身體健康即是有益的;並鼓勵成年女性,應盡量每天累積30分鐘或更久的適度強度運動,或參與輕度的身體活動,即使從事輕鬆的散步亦是很好促進健康的運動。
