自行車運動髂脛束摩擦症候群探討

摘要

近年來自行車運動蓬勃發展，騎乘者往往追求挑戰自我而忽略了運動傷害的預防，造成肩頸、下背、膝關節或是腕關節的傷害，而髂脛束摩擦症候群爲一般休閒大眾較常發生的運動傷害。本文藉由髂脛束摩擦症候群發生的機轉、症狀以及自行車調整方式與傷害的相關探討，讓社會大眾對此傷害有更多的了解，並介紹治療及復健的方式，強化民眾的運動傷害防護觀念，讓社會大眾能夠健康運動，遠離病痛。
