預防老年人跌倒之運動處方

Exercise Prescription of Fall Prevention in Elderly

摘要


本文針對預防老人跌倒之有效運動處方進行探討。藉由近幾年的文獻回顧,探討各種針對生理功能衰退的一般老年人有效增進其平衡能力及預防跌倒的運動訓練方式,根據專業評估狀況,給予適當的訓練處方,增加老人對於運動的依附性,使老人有規律的運動行為,進而訂定對於老年人最有效的預防跌倒的運動介入模式。希望可以提供醫療及運動訓練專業人員制定處方時的參考。

This reviewed paper provides an update of the evidence on the functional and physiological effects of various exercise intervention strategies for balance and fall prevention among older people. There is clear evidence that a supervised exercise training program of strength and balance exercise, as prescribed by a trained health professional, can enhance their exercise adherence, build up their regular exercise habits, thus, can prevent falls for elderly. The exercise prescription for fall prevention suggested in this paper provides some informational guidelines for the medical and exercise professional.
