運用歷程模式發展創新成功老化高齡運動方案

Using the process model to develop innovative and successful aging exercise programs for the elderly

摘要


本文針對採用歷程模式建構高齡成功老化運動方案進行探討,從高齡體適能運動和近年來推動運動方案的發展,依循脈絡從歷程模式在運動方案上的應用和高齡者功能性體適能與運動方案二方面探討,了解規劃高齡運動方案的新構想。以成功老化理論作為有學習內涵的運動方案,輔以歷程模式規劃整合性運動學習方案,解構當前高齡運動方案的限制,本研究建議方案規劃以啟發高齡者思考身心健康是成功老化最佳途徑,驥望提供高齡運動領域研究者參考。

This article discusses the use of the process model to construct a successful aging exercise program for the elderly. It presents a new vision of the program based three apsects: functional fitness, exercise program and successful aging. The article addresses the theory of successful aging as an exercise program with learning connotation, supplemented by the process model to plan an integrated learning program, to deconstruct the limitations of current programs. This study suggestion program planning inspiring elderly to think about physical and mental health is the best way to successful aging. It hopes to provide a reference point for researchers in the field of elderly exercise.
