This article discusses the use of the process model to construct a successful aging exercise program for the elderly. It presents a new vision of the program based three apsects: functional fitness, exercise program and successful aging. The article addresses the theory of successful aging as an exercise program with learning connotation, supplemented by the process model to plan an integrated learning program, to deconstruct the limitations of current programs. This study suggestion program planning inspiring elderly to think about physical and mental health is the best way to successful aging. It hopes to provide a reference point for researchers in the field of elderly exercise.
