摘要

近年來，社會網絡概念已於不同學科領域受到廣泛討論與應用，尤其，於當今組織行為研究議題的探究及其貢獻上，更是受到國內外諸多學者的關注。由於社會網絡分析主要在瞭解網絡結構中彼此關係及其關係資源的獲取、交換與轉移，基於此，本研究目的旨在透過文獻分析法，闡述社會網絡之源起與概念，進以描繪體育運動組織中的社會網絡，並據以提出社會網絡概念在體育運動組織研究應用之可行性。結果顯示，社會網絡分析於體育運動組織研究所提供的分析視角層次性、研究議題拓展性及分析方法多元性，不僅可深化當前體育運動組織行為研究之內涵，亦可拓展未來研究之多元面貌。顯見，社會網絡分析應用可提供體育運動組織不同以往之研究取向，藉以增進相關研究人員對體育運動組織行為之瞭解，並開拓體育運動組織之學術研究進程，以做為日後實務管理之依循。

The concepts of social network are of applying significance in various disciplines. In particular, scholars have recently emphasized the exploration and contribution of social network in organizational studies. It's now widely recognized that social network analysis is able to find the relationships of nodes, ties and connections in the network structure and then to explore the benefits through facilitated exchange of network resources. From these reasons, the purpose of this study was to use document analysis to explain the origin and the concepts of social network and characterize the social network for sports organization. According to the results, the level of analytical perspective, the expansion of research issue, and the diverse of analytical methods provided the feasibility to apply the social network analysis in sports organization study. In short, social network analysis provided another perspective for sports organization study and enhance the understanding of organizational behavior.
