友善運動環境營造對身體活動與肥胖防治之探討

Constructing Friendly Built Environment for Physical Activity Promotion and Obesity Prevention

摘要


營造友善的身體活動環境是增進身體活動量、肥胖防治之首要行動之一。本文探討目前國內身體活動環境的核心問題,並進行相關文獻回顧,勾勒出具實證依據之可行方案建議,以作為未來肥胖防治之身體活動環境營造目標及行動參考。我國各場域均缺乏友善的運動/身體活動環境之硬體,體育課程時數不足、青少年參與運動社團以及職場健康促進活動比例偏低為關鍵問題。建議鼓勵經常性步行及騎乘脚踏車以代替乘坐交通工具,增設更方便行人徒步及騎單車的社區設施;學校身體活動環境政策之落實需持續被監察與評估;最後由跨領域、跨部會的肥胖防治團隊共同監督運動環境政策之落實及執行成效。

Constructing friendly built environment is one of the priority strategies for promoting physical activity and decreasing the obesity risk. We investigated the core problem of physical activity environment and figured out the recommendation based on evidence-based resources. The results are the directions/references for the goals and movements in physical activity environment building. Lack of hardware in friendly exercise/physical activity environment and the course of physical education, and the low proportion of sports club participation rate in young students and workplace health promotion activities are the key issues in our country that cause the low participation rate of exercise/physical activity. We suggest that regular walking and riding bikes instead of riding public transport. The more convenient pedestrian and cycling community facilities are need to be developed. Physical activity environment policies continue to be monitoring and assessment in school. Finally, the effectiveness of environmental policies implementation is needed to be supervised by interdisciplinary, cross-departmental team.
