台灣近年來有關營造業職業災害知識應用的探討,大多透過歷年職災事故內容進行統計分析。然而,隨著資料庫不斷累積,相關的研究成果卻未能提供內外部社群即時掌握職業災害之分佈狀態,提供下一階段施工安全管理重點。而職災資料庫應用的知識價值,在於有效的應用分析結果,經由網路平台的建置,使每一職災事件背後的因果關係能提供相關使用者即時掌握。本研究整理2000-2008年營造業重大職災1437筆資料,分析各屬性問之重要因果關係與影響程度。為解決使用者其業務上的需求,分析過程必須明確定義出使用者的工作情境內容,才能將其分析結果提供完整的解釋與應用價值的延伸。本研究所建置之系統,為透過網路建置技術,設計出營造業知識管理平台,以提供社群人員進行歷年重大職災之分佈結果查詢、傳遞、網路學習等分享意義。再者資料檢索技術開發,提供內外部社群人員進行歷年重大職災之分佈結果檢索與查詢,提供其作為危害預防與安全管理重點之參考,有效提供主管單位全面掌握各重要職災因素之影響關係,有助於推動減災策略之擬定。
For the past few years, most of the labor accident investigation in Taiwan is analyzed by using the historical labor accident data. However, along with the continuous accumulating database, related research result cannot provide more detailed distributions and patters of labor accident for the internal and external user community. Furthermore, the knowledge sharing of labor accident database depends on the result of effective analysis and also the establishment of network platform to provide a real-time assistance to every user in the construction safety field. This research adopted the occupational accident data from year 2000 to 2008 (1437 cases) to explore the potential cause-and-effect relationships and the significant factors related to the occupational accidents in the construction industry. In this study, through the Internet-based system to develop a knowledge platform to help internal and external communities for their acquisition of statistical results and potential hidden rules behind construction accident data. This value-added information will effectively assist project safety managers in the promotion of safety prevention actions.
