高頻次旅館清潔人員肌肉骨骼不適之研究

摘要

溫泉飯店與在汽車旅館為台灣國人重要的休閒與住宿場所，而旅館的乾淨清潔與否，則有賴旅館清潔人員之清掃與整理作業。由於環境清潔是泡湯客人注重之一環，旅館清潔人員須將旅館住宿環境清掃完畢，方能讓下一位客人入房，而在入住遊憩旺季時，入住旅館或單純休憩之客人將較往常為多，清潔打掃的頻率次數勢必增多，因此探討與分析高頻次旅館清潔人員之肌肉骨骼情形是一個頗為重要的研究議題。故本研究即針對高頻次旅館清潔人員之肌肉骨骼進行研究，運用北歐肌肉骨骼問卷（Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire; NMQ）做為研究方法，共計調查305份問卷，溫泉旅館180份，汽車旅館125份，並分析高頻次旅館清潔人員肌肉骨骼之情況，研究結果將顯示高頻次旅館清潔人員身體之疼痛部位、發生症狀等資訊，可供相關管理與決策人員了解高頻次旅館清潔人員肌肉骨骼情況之參考與改善方向。

The hot spring restaurants and motels are important relaxing and amusing places in Taiwan, and the cleanness is one of important factor of customer impression. When the peak season comes, the customers will go to the restaurants frequently, and the cleaners have to clean the rooms and bathrooms frequently. Therefore, this is an important topic to understand the musculoskeletal condition of cleaners who work in the high frequency restaurant. This study will applied the Nordic musculoskeletal questionnaire (NMQ) to analyze the musculoskeletal condition of the high frequency restaurant cleaners, total survey of 305 questionnaires. The hot spring hotels surveyed 180 questionnaires. The motels surveyed 125 questionnaires and the research results may help the relevant decision-makers to understand the musculoskeletal condition of the high frequency restaurant cleaners.
