摘要

宋遼兩國簽訂澶淵盟約之後，雙方經常互相派遣使節進行交聘的事宜，而在對方國家境內的飲食活動也是外交重要事項之一。因此筆者在本文中探討了有關宋使節在遼飲食活動的幾個情況，以便從此一角度來瞭解當時宋遼外交的情形。

After Sung signed the agreement in the name of Shan Yuang with Liao, both two parties usually dispatch envoys to do diplomatic activities. And such a kind of diet activities in either side is one of the most important activities. Hence the purpose of this text is on research of the diet activities of Sung's envoys in Liao country so as to understand how was that situation of diplomacy in Liao and Sung.
