Traumatic Closed Transection of the Biceps Brachii with Slingshot Displacement into the Forearm in a Military Parachutist-Case Report
一傘兵肱二頭肌封閉性的斷裂併移位至前臂－病例報告
摘要
外傷造成肱二頭肌封閉性的斷裂是一罕見的傷害。我們報告一病例於跳傘時，因引張帶撞擊右上臂前側，導致肱二頭肌於中間部分斷裂，而且肱二頭肌的遠側部分，因瞬間的力量如彈弓般的彈至前臂，在前臂形成一腫塊。此一病患於跳傘之後，右手臂明顯的異常，變得疼痛無力。經由他院治療無效後，轉至本院接受手術及復健治療，術後一年之追綜，病人滿意其結果。

Closed traumatic disruption of the biceps brachii is an infrequent injury. We report the case of a patient who experienced a static line injury to the mid-portion of the right biceps brachii. The injury occurred with such force that the elastic recoil produced displacement of the muscle unit around its intact distal insertion and into the forearm. The right arm weakness and deformity was significant and immediately apparent after landing. The patient underwent surgical repair and splinting at our hospital.
