Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma of Salivary Gland-2 Case Reports
腮腺的黏膜相關淋巴組織型的淋巴瘤：病例報告
摘要
黏膜相關淋巴組織型的淋巴瘤是非何傑金氏淋巴瘤的一種分類。通常病人多是侷限於某一部位，預後良好。文獻上有記載的不超過20例。臨床表現以腮腺腫大爲主，此外並無特殊臨床發現。病患以手術治療爲主，無論是侷限在腮腺或已經擴散，術後皆應輔以放射線治療及化學治療。 我們報告2例這類的病人，術前的診斷是良性的混合瘤，開刀完後經病理科詳細的分析裁判定是這種罕見的淋巴瘤。

Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphomas are a kind of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Patients with MALT lymphoma present with localized disease and usually have a long survival rate. No more than 20 cases of MALT lymphoma of the salivary gland have been reported in the literature.1 We present 2 cases of painless parotid mass which was later confirmed to be MALT lymphoma. They generally appear as a swelling of the salivary gland with indolent growing pattern. The patients were treated with superficial parotidectomy with preservation of facial nerves. Both of them were free of local recurrence in parotid region at least 6 months after surgical treatment.
