摘要
併指是常見於先天性的手指或足趾異常。通常，併趾分離手術用於解決這一類病人美觀及功能的問題。相對的，足趾併趾手術則可處理前足變形和足趾潰瘍，進而減少足部潰瘍的危險，並增進足部的美觀。

Syndactylism is the commonest congenital deformity of hand or foot. Usually, separation of the syndactyly provides subtle improvement in cosmesis or function appreciatively. On the contrary, toes syndactylization is another therapeutic procedure for some forefoot deformity & toe ulcer. This procedure will decrease the risk of foot ulcer formation and improve the aesthetics and function of the foot.
