This study discusses attempts to preserve the cultural uniqueness of the peanut candy industry. The study also investigates the consolidation and distribution of the peanut candy industry to reveal the core factors behind this transition. The results suggest that the industrial agglomeration model has changed, leading to adjustments in corporate business strategy. At present, local culture is not only a tradition or symbol but also plays a more positive role in cultural creation. The local culture of the peanut candy industry is not diminishing, or rather is creating a high value-added product through renewal of the original local industry.
