摘要

頸椎受傷病人。常伴有腹脹、嘔吐及局部腸子阻塞的腹部問題。當然大部分是由於神經所引起的。但我們不能忽視了其他如新陳代謝，寄生蟲、食物等其他因素；否則在治療上，會引起困難。現報告一病人。由於有寄生蟲所引起的不明熱及腹脹、嘔吐問題，供大家參考。

Abdominal fullness, vomiting & local ileus are complicated in Spinal Cord Injured patients. Most of these problems are due to neurogenic cause, but we cannot neglect other causative factors like: Metabolism, parasitic infestation, food induced., otherwise we may get caught in the dilemma of medicat treatment.
Cordially we present a case of parasitic infestation in a Cervical spine injured patient who developed unknown fever, abdominal fullness & problem of vomiting for your reference.
