整合式復健科資訊管理系統開發之研究

摘要

利用電腦處理醫療相關行政業務，已是趨勢，一般醫令系統中，少有復健科專用之系統，而因應健保申報的需求，復健資訊管理系統變得更重要。本研究的目的是規劃一套整合式復健科資訊管理系統，提供復健科門診使用。
本系統規劃考慮之要素包括：1.使用電腦的人員；2.整合應用的功能；3.系統開發的範圍。此系統的特色為：1.無表單傳輸設計；2.復健系統與全院醫令系統相連，復健科醫師由全院醫令系統和全院各醫療系統相通，也可以進入治療師療程管理系統；3.健保相關申報之規定在系統中可以自動勾稽，系統可完成申報前線作業；4.療程確認由治療師執行以確保正確，並控制療程進度；5.復健部門無需專屬書記即可完成復健科內部作業；6.具備統計管理功能。開發成功一套整合式的復健科資訊管理系統包括：1.復健科電子病歷系統；2.復健科醫令處方系統；3.治療卡管理系統；4.復健療程管理系統；5.統計功能系統。
整合式復健科資訊管理系統，可以簡化流程、提高效益、提昇醫療品質、降低業務成本，提供正確健保申報及審核資料，對於復健醫務管理很有幫助。

Integrated Rehabilitation Information System (IRIS) was designed for medical administration in the Department of Rehabilitation at a medical center in Taiwan. The IRIS includes patient management system (registration, bill, appointment, and declaration for health insurance payments, etc), order entry system (pharmacy system, laboratory request system, radiology request system ), rehabilitation system for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, splint, prosthesis and orthosis, electric medical record system for therapists, check out system for time and frequency of therapy, and statistic function system.
The efficiency of operation and cost– benefit efficacy were much appreciated after using IRIS. We suggest that IRIS could be widely used at rehabilitation clinics to promote efficiency and efficacy.
