財務健診系統建置之研究

近年來關於財務規劃的相關訊息受到社會大眾注意，但是如何進行財務規劃這方面，一般人往往沒有專業知識去進行個人或家庭的財務規劃，需要藉由保險專員或財務顧問進行協助，運用其專業知識幫助顧客進行財務規劃，期間一來一往需要許多溝通及規劃的時間才能產出一份財務規劃報告書，因此本研究利用VBA程式語言結合Excel試算表建立一個多方位的理財規劃系統，利用系統開發生命週期進行建置，提出一套理財規劃的程序，並加入模組化的架構及各種參數設定來建立財務模擬的結果，進而規劃理財方式，利用理財規劃顧問的專業知識以本研究所建置之系統為輔助，希望在顧客財務許可的基礎下，協助其順利達成生涯模擬的各項目標，也期望增加財務規劃的效率並縮短規劃時間。本研究所建立之系統是專為認證理財規劃顧問(CFPR)進行財務規劃時使用，主要分為資料處理模組、比對分析模組、運算單元模組、規劃檢視模組四大模組，本研究會在內文詳細介紹本研究所建置之系統及其各模組運作方式，建立一套認證理財規劃顧問服務顧客進行理財規劃時所使用的標準程序並取代財務計算機之功能。

In recent years, some information about financial planning had attracted a wide public attention. However, most people had less professional knowledge of personal or family financial planning in the area of financial planning. It is necessary to use professional knowledge of financial planning to help the customer to proceed plan the financial planning by insurance commissioner or financial adviser. It also needs a lot of communication and planning time to produce the financial planning back and forth in this period. This study created a forward financial planning system between VBA programming language and Excel spreadsheet. It proposed a financial planning program, and added modular architecture and various parameter settings to create a financial model; Professional knowledge of financial planning combined with financial model to plan financial planning. Consent of customer financial foundation not only helps to achieve goals of career simulation but also hope to increase the efficiency of financial planning and reduce planning time. The system the study built was designed for use Certified Financial Planning Consultants (CFPR) financial planning; divided four modules: Data processing module, comparative analysis module, computing unit module, planning View module. This research will detail introduce the built system and the module operation, and hope established a standard procedure when a certified financial planning financial planning consultancy services to customers and replace the function of financial calculators.
