摘要
腦中風復健對於促進復原、適應失能、預防再發、乃至增進生活品質有著莫大的貢獻。然而隨著醫療技術進展，對於腦中風的治療也跟著日新月異。本文經由實證回顧，整理腦中風復健治療指引，以期提供臺灣復健醫療從業者參考。

Post-stroke rehabilitation is beneficial in treatment of the impairment, disability recovery, secondary prevention, and quality-of-life enhancement. However, up-to-date treatment guidelines are still not available in Taiwan. This article reviews the evidence on post-stroke rehabilitation, on which treatment guidelines in Taiwan can be based.
