工作因素對中式餐廳從業人員離職傾向之預測研究-以台南區為例

The Effect of Job Related Factors on Employees' Turnover: A Study of Chinese Style Restaurants in Tainan Area

摘要


本研究的主要目的在探討工作因素對中式餐廳從業人員離職傾向之預測能力。於研究架構下,從台南市供餐能力達20桌以上之中式筵席餐廳中,隨機抽出30家餐廳,每家餐廳再隨機抽取1-5位專職員工為樣本,由研究者面對面施測問卷,共得有效問卷120份。研究結果經由數據整理及統計分析後顯示:如分別以工作條件滿意度、交流升遷滿意度及肯定尊重滿意度為自變數,離職傾向為依變數;及以工作條件重視度、交流升遷重視度及肯定尊重重視度為自變數,離職傾向為依變數之分析結果,整體迴歸模式皆達顯著水凖。其中工作條件滿意度、肯定尊重滿意度及肯定尊重重視度等三項工作因素可以預測員工的離職傾向。在相關分析之結果則顯示出各項人口統計變項(年齡、學歷、薪資等)與各項工作因素之滿意度、重視度及離職傾向皆無顯著相關。

The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of job related factors on employees' turnover in Chinese restaurants in Tainan area. In each restaurant, 1-5 employees were randomly selected to answer the designed questionnaires; totally 120 effective samples were obtained from 30 Chinese style restaurants. According to statistical analysis based on multiple regression, a correlation can be established between the turnover intention (as dependent variable) and independent variables including satisfaction levels of working condition, satisfaction levels of interaction and promotion as well as satisfaction levels of respections. Furthermore, a correlation can also be established between turnover intention (dependent variable) and independent variables including importance levels of working condition, importance levels of interaction and promotion as well as importance levels of respections. The results demonstrated that, the satisfaction of working condition, satisfaction of respections and the importance of respections could predict employees' turnover intention. Nevertheless, the result also showed that, age, education background and wages of employees' had no correlation with job satisfaction, importance levels as well as turnover intention.
