特殊族群出國旅遊之探索性研究－以臺北地區洗腎患者為例

摘要

本研究旨在探討特殊族群中之洗腎患者出國旅遊相關分析之研究，採用探索性之方式，透過質性研究之深度訪談及焦點團體訪談法探討腎友出國旅遊之動機、規劃方式、領隊和醫護人員服務之重要性及從事出國旅遊的資深旅行業者進行半結構式的訪談對特殊族群中未來市場的看法，藉由三角檢證法與複核法來提高資料收集的可信度和有效程度，加以歸納整理發現如下：1.腎友參加洗腎旅遊出國旅遊回來後心情隨之開朗起來，並增加站出來的勇氣重返社會工作，亦達到腎友們的尊重需求和自我實現需求；2.在有經驗的領隊和醫護人員的陪同獲得安全需求，並增加腎友們的信心和期待；3.在整個行程活動的規劃上，必須以洗腎的時間點為優先考量，同時食宿、交通和活動內容的安排有別於一般旅行團；4.必須選擇具有責任心、有口碑、耐心、服務態度佳和有承辦洗腎旅行經驗的專業旅行社；5.洗腎人口的穩定成長，加上家屬陪同的乘數效應，洗腎旅行將是未來出國旅遊市場深具潛力的利基市場。

The purpose of this study is to explore the related issues of the special population traveling abroad base on the dialysis patients of Taipei area. The qualitative methods of depth-interview and focus group interview were adopted to explore the motivation, means of planning, the importance of tour leader and medical care personal service of dialysis patients whom have the experience of traveling aboard. We also employed the method of semi-structured interview to depict the view point of senior practitioners in travel industry of the potential of dialysis traveler market in the future. The triangulation and member checking method were also adopted to enhance the reliability and validity. The results are shown as following:
1. The dialysis patients become optimistic and courage to return to their work positions is enhanced after the coming back from the oversea. They also achieve the needs of esteem and self-actualization.
2. The accompaniment of experienced tour leader and medical care personal achieves the safety needs and increase the confidence and expectation towards travel of dialysis patient.
3. Timing of dialysis is the first priority has to be taken into consideration for the entire tour planning. The arrangement of accommodation, transportation and activities are also different from the regular tour in the meanwhile.
4. The criteria of choosing a travel agency are responsibility, good reputation, patient, well service attitude and the experience of undertaking dialysis patient oversea tour.
5. Due to the stable growth and the multiplication effect of accompanying family members of dialysis patients, dialysis patient oversea tour will be a potential and advantageous niche market of the oversea travel market in the future.
