陽明山登山自行車者的衝突敏感性、遊憩衝突與調適行為關係之研究

摘要

根據過去文獻，衝突敏感性為影響遊憩衝突感受之因素，而遊客當感知遊憩衝突後，會影響其調適行為之使用。本研究旨在探討陽明山國家公園登山自行車者的衝突敏感性、遊憩衝突與調適行為之關係，並探討遊憩衝突在衝突敏感性與調適行為是否具有間接效果。經研究結果顯示，自行車受訪樣本在衝突敏感性程度偏高，遊憩衝突方面以人際衝突感受最為顯著，衝突來源以汽機車為主，調適行為的選擇傾向以情感導向作為解決衝突壓力之方式。經結構方程模式分析，整體模式達適配性，而衝突敏感性對遊憩衝突有直接影響力、遊憩衝突對調適行為亦有直接影響力，且遊憩衝突在整體模式中具有間接效果的反應，與研究目的相符。

According to previous literatures, mountain biker's sensitivity to conflict can impact their recreation conflict, their coping behavior towards the conflict. The purpose of this study is to investigate the Relationship of mountain biker's sensitivity to conflict, recreation conflict and coping behavior in Yangmingshan National Park, and to investigate how the recreation conflict could indirectly influence sensitivity to conflict and coping behavior. The results showed that the mountain biker's sensitivity to conflict was higher than average, and recreation conflict because of interpersonal contact, especially mechanical vehicle was very obvious in Yangmingshan National Park. Mountain bikers preferred using emotion-focused of coping to reduce the stress. Through structural equation modeling, sensitivity to conflict, recreation conflict, and coping behavior match the proposed model fit. The analysis result revealed that sensitivity to conflict could directly influence recreation conflict; recreation conflict could directly influence coping behavior. Moreover, recreation conflict has indirect influence on the model. The results were conformed to research goals.
