組織變革構形對績效之影響

摘要


本研究主要目的在藉由構形理論的觀點,試圖探討企業因股票上櫃引發的策略與組織變革情形及其對經營績效的影響。研究結果發現:(1)國內電子產業股票之上櫃廠商的組織構形在上櫃前可分為分析者、前瞻者及防禦者三類;上櫃後則皆為前瞻者。(2)上櫃後,組織構形轉為前瞻者的廠商,一般而言,其經營績效較上櫃前佳。

This study aims to examine the impact of the firms' strategic changes, prompted by the requirements from Over-the-Counter Stock Exchange, on the performance based on configurational theory. Results show that companies before being listed on the Exchange could be categorized into three organizational configurations: prospectors, analyzers, and defenders. However, organizational configuration for the same samples converges to prospectors after they are listed on the Exchange. Moreover, companies becoming prospectors in general perform better over time.
