供應鏈採購決策因素與電子業赴大陸投資意願之研究

摘要

台灣資訊電子廠商是許多國際大廠的重要採購夥伴，和全球供應鏈緊密相連，產銷網絡的建構與全球運籌體系的推行，為企業界所關注之課題。本研究以採購行為與網絡觀點，探討電子業赴大陸投資之採購決策條件，瞭解高科技產業赴中國大陸設廠的關鍵因素，透過集群分析對於國際採購型態進行分組，並探討其與企業佈局大陸市場的關係。實證結果顯示，採購行為與企業網絡的相關理論，可應用於赴大陸投資決策，藉由採購決策條件將國際採購型態分為三群：(1)時間／傳遞導向與技術接近；(2)關係／服務／品質導向；(3)創新技術與專業導向。國際採購型態會影響電子業赴大陸投資決策，本研究依據結果提出網絡與供應鏈管理的關係，提供台灣電子產業赴大陸經營之參考。

Taiwan's electronic firms are the important procurement partners of many large international companies, and are closely connected with global supply chain. As the issue of global logistics has been a focus of attention, this research purpose is to explore the procurement decision-making conditions that affect technology industry investment in China from the perspective of industrial buyer behavior and network formation theory. The result shows that buying behavior and network theory can be used to explain the decision invested in China. This study proposes three major investment procurement clusters: (1) time-delivery orientation and technology approach; (2) relationship, service, and quality orientation; and (3) innovative technology and professionalism orientation. Different clusters inf1uence the investment decision in China; the relationship between network formation and supply chain management based on these findings are also proposed.
