經營結構變化與企業競爭行動之選擇-以TFT-LCD面板產業日、韓、台三團企業的跨國性此較為例

The Change of Business Architecture and Choice of Competitive Action: The Case of Japan, Korea and Taiwan Three Countries Enterprise's Transnational Comparison on TFT-LCD Industry

摘要


本研究目的為結合經營結構與產業結構論兩種觀點,以日、韓、台三國企業的跨國性比較為例,探討TFT-LCD面板產業隨著經營環境之變化,企業如何因應產業中經營結構的變化來選擇不同的競爭行動?本研究的主要研究發現,對應於不同經營結構中產業進化模式,短期而言,企業間競爭行動會不相同;長期而言,存在一種最佳的企業間競爭型態,即企業間同質化競爭與差異化競爭的不斷週而復始交叉循環。最後,本研究提供一個理論分析架構,有助於深入瞭解競爭性互動的本質及過程。

This study combines two viewpoints of business architecture and industrial structure, and take Japan, Korea and Taiwan three countries enterprise's transnational comparison as the example, to discusses the issue when TFT-LCD industry change along with the environments of business, how the enterprise choose the different competitive action to correspond with the change of business architecture? The results of this study offer some findings. First, the industrial evolution pattern correspond with the change of business architecture, for the short-term, the inter-firm's competitive action are different. Second, for the long-tern, there are one kind of best inter-firm's competitive pattern, that is inter-firm's homogeneous competition and differential competition cross circulation unceasingly again and again. Finally, this study provides a theoretical analysis construction, which is helpful to understand the essence and process of competitive interaction.
