玻璃短纖維補強聚氨基甲酸乙酯發炮體之研究

摘要


本文以聚氨基甲酸乙酯(PU)為基材,再將E型玻璃纖維及發泡劑添加於原料中,經攪拌均勻混合發泡形成發泡材。藉由不同的纖維混合比例及不同的發泡密度,來探討其機械性質。結果顯示,當玻璃纖維添加量愈高時,發泡體之拉伸強度、壓縮強度等均隨之升高,而開孔率及吸水量則變化不顯著。隨著密度逐漸增加到0.5g/cm3,添加纖維之發泡體比未添加纖維之發泡體,其拉伸強度呈現6-17%的增加量,壓縮強度則有3-119%的增加量。

This research discusses the physical and mechanical properties of flexible polyurethane foam that adds different quantities of glass chopped strand and changes the foam density. The results indicate that the test value for hole and water absorbing of polyurethane foam not changes by increase glass chopped strand, but the test value for tensile and compression of foam is increasing. And the test value for rebound of foam is reduced. When foam’s density is 0.5g/cm3, and add glass chopped strand than not add glass chopped strand which have 6-17% increase of the value for tensile, and the value of compression has 3-119% increasingly.
