玻璃纖維改質高分子混凝土之物理性質探討

摘要


本文主要在討於水泥砂漿中加入玻纖以及高分子乳膠改良後之物理性質,由於傳統水泥砂漿產物皆為脆性且抗彎強度低,因此加入玻纖及乳膠皆可改善這些缺點,並且增加水泥砂漿的耐久性及水密性。本實驗主要是添加高分子乳膠於水泥砂漿漿體中,以增加基材的黏結性及抗張性,而添加玻璃纖維作為強化材,以增加水泥砂漿體之韌性,以期能發展更佳的營建材料。由實驗結果得知,玻纖和乳膠的添加對於抗壓及抗彎強度是有所幫助的,但對於流度值及工作度影響很大。由顯微鏡觀察得知,添加高分子乳膠於水泥砂漿後使其結構更為緻密,降低孔隙的產生。

The physical properties of glass fiber reinforced cement with polymer Latex mortar were investigated in this article. In order to improve the properties of traditional cement mortar with have some disadvantages such as brittle characteristics with low flexural strength, glass-fiber and polymer latex were introduced into the cement, and increase durability and water tightness. In this study, increase coherence and tensibility for matrix with polymer latex were introduced into the cement, In addition to increase toughness for reinforcement with glass-fiber were introduced in to the cement, expected to be a perfect construction material. The results indicate that the compressive and flexural strength can be improved by increasing the containing amount of glass-fiber and polymer latex, and exhibits better stress-strain values, but disappoint for the fluidity and workability. It’s found to observe the cement mortar that introduces the glass-fiber and polymer latex from microscope, the structure of the cement mortar is tighter, and reduces porous.
