RFL浸漬不同撚係數PBO/PET與Kevlar/PET輸送帶合股線之物性研究

摘要


本研究係以PBO纖維、Kevlar纖維為強化材,以不同撚係數與聚酯纖維製成合股線,配合RFL浸漬液進行浸漬處理後合股線強力、伸率、熱縮率、黏結力之影響。由實驗結果得知,在強力部分,PET及Kevlar/PET合股線都在第一撚撚係數為2,第二撚撚係數2.5時有最高強力,PBO/PET合股線在第一撚撚係數為3,第二撚撚係數為2.5時有最高強力。伸率及黏結力隨著撚係數提高而增加,熱縮率隨著撚係數增加而下降。

This study is changing different twist multiplier to make fold yarn of reinforcement of PBO or Kevlar filament with PET filament. Dipping it by RFL agent. By changing reinforcement and multiplier, we research the physical properties of fold yarn strength, elongation, and heat shrinkage percentage, adhesion. The optimum condition is 2 of twist multiplier in first twist and 2.5 of twist in second twist to get best strength of PET and Kevlar/PET fold yarn, The optimum elongation is 3 of twist multiplier in first twist and 2.5 of twist in second to get best strength of PBO/PET fold yam. It is found elongation and adhesion increase with twist multiplier, heat shrinkage percentage decrease with twist multiplier.
