開散長絲及針軋密度對長纖補強不織布抓式強力及潛變行為之影響

摘要


近年來使用長纖補強而成之高強力複合不織布有逐漸成長之趨勢。然而現有文獻中少有關於此類不織布潛變行為的探討。在本文中,我們使用一套自行研發之長絲開纖系統,利用數對羅拉間速差分散纖維束,並將此開散之長纖鋪疊於不織布中,製成三明治織物結構,並且和未經開散的長纖所製成的三明治織物加以比較。結果顯示在不同針軋密度的條件下,長纖經開散形成的三明治織物在適當針軋密度下有較佳的強力及尺寸安定性。

In the few years, the high strength composite nonwoven made of web and filament has been widely used. However, there are few references can be found about the relation between the spread width and creep of fabric. In our study, we used a machine designed by ourselves to spread the filament, and relatively compare with which isn’t by the process. The result shows that the spread filament reinforced nonwoven with proper needle punching density require higher strength and measurement stability.
