本研究中使用轉筒式撚線機(Rotor Twister )在不同之轉速之下以不銹鋼長絲包繞聚酯長絲(PET Filament)與銅絲紡製成複合股線做為起圈紗與經向織入用之複合股線,再分別以不銹鋼長絲或銅絲包繞非織物布邊,紡製成不織布與導電纖維所複合之複合紗,做為緯向夾入紗,探討其紗線最大斷裂強力,再以3.5G橫編針織機製織成緯向夾入之雙面平紋針織物與針梭複合織物,並以交叉疊層的方式熱壓製成複合板材,探討在不同轉筒速度下與夾入不同金屬纖維與不同根數之條件下,對複合材料之體積電阻與電磁屏蔽效益(EMSE)之影響。
The Rotor Twister spinning method was used in this study successfully to fabricate with the hybrids yarn .The copper wire and PET filament were used as the core yarn and stainless steel wire used as the wrapping yarn respectively to fabricate the weft inlaid yarn .Investigate themaximum broken strength of the hybrid yarn .The weft inlaid double plain knitted fabrics were made by the 3.5Gtraverse knitted machine with the hybrid yarn and the co-weave-knit fabrics with the co-weave-knit machine .The thermal compressing with cross-laminating method made the composites.Changing the speed of rotor twister,the conductive fillers and inlaid ends in the composites to investigate the variation of volume resistance and the electromagnetic shielading effectiveness (EMSE).
