奈米TiO2與次磷酸鈉複合觸媒及添加劑對棉織物經MA/CA無甲醛防縐加工影響之研究

摘要


本研究主要係以奈米TiO2(二氧化鈦)與次磷酸鈉為複合觸媒,馬來酸/檸檬酸(MA/CA)之混合為交鏈劑及TEA為添加劑對棉織物行無甲醛防縐加工,其中主要係改變熱催化溫度及時間、TiO2濃度、次磷酸鈉用量、添加劑TEA濃度,來探討棉織物經處理加工後之乾濕縐摺回復角、接枝率(%)、接枝效率(%)、強力、白度、柔軟度及永久免燙性等級。由實驗結果顯示隨著熱催化溫度及時間增加,抗縐性、接枝率及接枝效率亦隨之增加之抗縐性、強力及柔軟度,但白度反呈下降。另使用添加劑TEA,會使得白度及強力增加。

he finishing cotton fabric treated with different mixture ratio of nano particles TiO2and sodium hypophosphite monohydrate catalyst and curing with the crosslinking agent liquid MA/CA is 75/25 and the treated concentration is 8%.The effects of temperature and time of curing and the concentration of TiO2,sodium hypophosphite monohydrate and additive TEA on wrinkle recovery angle value and physical properties of treated fabrics were extensively studied .Based on the experimental results,the wrinkle recovery angle ,graft percentage and effect of graft percentage increased with cured temperature and time ,but strength and whiteness are appositive,Used mixture catalyst cade the wrinkle recovery angle and strength rise up ,but whiteness and softness are appositive .The whiteness and strength increased with used additive TEA,but the wrinkle recovery angle went down .lBased on the experimenta results ,the wrinkle recovery angle ,graft percentage and effect of graft percentage increased with curde temperature and time ,but strength and whiteness are appositive .Used mixture catayst made the wrinkle recovery angle and strength rise us, but whiteness and softeness are appositive. The whiteness and strength increased with used additive TEA ,but the wrinkle recovery angle went down .
