十二碳烷基偶氮潑水分散染料之合成及其染色性研究

摘要


本實驗主要的目的乃針對眾酯織物和眾醯胺織物合成出一系列含有十二 碳長鏈烷基之分散型偶氮染料。所欲製備之染料可籍由對一十二烷基苯胺經重氮化反應後製成重氮液,再分別與六種不同的偶合成份經偶合反應後獲得。 經純化後之染料再以質譜儀、紅外線光譜儀鑑定其結構。自製之十二烷基偶氮染料再分別對眾酯、眾醯胺織物進行染色,並評估各種染色堅牢度與潑水性。結果顯示,自製染料之各種染色堅牢度均達商業要求,且均具有相當優異之潑水性質。

The present work aims to investigate and develop a series of monoazo dyes containing dadecyl group for the polyester and polyamide fabrics. These dyes were obtained by the coupling of diazotised,4-dodecylaniline with I-naphthol,2-naphthol, 2-hydroxy-3-naphthoic acid, 2-hydroxy-4-naphthoic acid, 2,3dihydroxynaphthalene, 2-Hydroxy-3-naphthoic Acid Anilide. The resulting chemical structure of monoazo dyes were subject to mass,IH-NMR,UVNIS,IR and Element Analysis investigation. All dyes were dyed on polyester,and polyamide fabrics and their dyeing and fastness properties evaluated. The fastness properties of all the dyed samples were in accord with commercial requirements,and all of the monoazo dyes dyed polyester and polyamide fabrics to get vely good water-repellent property.
