利用雙環[2.2.2]辛烯酮光誘導去羰基重排合成小皮傘烷骨架之研究

摘要

本論文研究是利用親雙烯劑N-苯基馬來醯亞胺57、2,2-二甲基環戊-4-烯-1,3二酮58及環戊二烯59與掩飾鄰苯醌(masked o-benzoquinones)的分子間Diels-Alder反應形成雙環[2.2.2]辛烯酮，再以乙腈當溶劑經波長為306 nm的紫外光反應，進行Norrish Type I反應，再脫去羰基進行重排，可以快速建立出天然物小皮傘烷骨架。

The thesis concerns with the intermolecular Diels-Alder reaction of masked o-benzoquinones (MOBs) with N-phenylmaleiminde 57、2,2-dimethylcyclopentane-1,3-dione 58 and cyclopentadiene 59 to form bicycl[2.2.2]octenone compounds 61、62 and 63, then under the irradiation of a broad band of UV light wavelength centerded at 306 nm in acetonitrile, 61-63 performed sequential Norrish Type I, decarbonylation and 1,3-shift rearrangement to construct Marasmane skeleton.
