電子束照射PET/Nylon輸送帶基布粘結性之研究

摘要


本研究係將PET/Nylon輸送帶基布經電子束照射,以提昇其對藥劑的吸附能力,藉以強化基布與橡膠之結合。結果顯示經電子束照射後,在照射條件700KV7Mrad處理下之基布,其布-布及布-膠層間剝離強力達至最大,相較於未添加助劑之基布,其成品之布-布及布-膠層間剝離強力分別提升了30.6%、27.0%,再經噴霧冷卻處理之基布,其成品之布-布及布-膠層間剝離強力分別提升了37.2%、31.9%,且能達到使用助劑之效果。

The research using the PET/Nylon conveyer belt fabric through electron beam irradiate to process raise the absorbed ability and replace to strength the combination of fabric and rubber. The result shows that fabric at electron beam irradiate for 700KV7Mrad, between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can get the maximum volue compare to the fabric without agent, the fabric of adhesion between cloth to cloth and cloth to rubber can raise 30.6%, 27.0%. The fabric with water and cooling processing can raise 37.2% and 31.9%. Got the same effect from using the Denabond agent.
