鹼處理對Lyocell纖維吸附行為影響之研究

The Effect of Absorption on Lyocell by Caustic Treatment

摘要


將Lyocell經過5、10、20及30%的鹼處理和10%的酵素處理,以不同分子量的直接染料進行等溫染色觀察吸附行為的變化,並利用所得數據推導出經過處理後之纖維符合何種吸附方程式,並對其上色量與耗盡率做探討。實驗得知酵素處理與鹼處理會影響到纖維的吸附行為,顯示纖維的吸附行為會受到不同鹼處理濃度、酵素處理、處理順序以及吸附質的性質所影響。先經過酵素處理再經過鹼處理的樣本會比其他處理方式在上色量與耗盡率上有增加的趨勢,並發現以5%鹼處理濃度較其他濃度的上色量高。

Lyocell fibers was treated by caustic treatment and cellulose treatment, and we observed sorptcon isotherm and behaviour of different molecular mass of direct dyes on lyocell fibers. We find that lyocell fibers of aborption was affected by caustic treatment, cellulose treatment, the suqeuncy of treatment and the character of absorbate. We find exhaustion that lyocll was treated by cellulose treatment, then treated by caustic treatment is better than others. And we find 5% caustic treatment is better than other density.
